We make a point of choosing each rug according to the quality of the weaving, the wool and the finish.
The Tunisian National Handicraft Office (http://www.onat.nat.tn) certifies the authenticity of our "margoum" type rugs. Only the rugs that meet the high quality standards receive the certificate of the Office with the stamp 1st choice. This certificate is stamped on the reverse side of the rug and bears indications on the quality, texture, measurements, pattern, range and date of manufacture of the rug.
Since kilims, Beni Ouarain and Azilal type rugs are made in rural villages in Tunisia or Morocco far from the national offices, they do not have stamps. Nevertheless, our good knowledge of the trade allows us to guarantee their quality.
